If I could give zero stars I would. I bought this product two days ago. I live in upstate New York and humidity can be deadly. The first day of the remote control worked and I was very excited. Yesterday, the remote does not work and today I put fresh batteries in it. Guess what? It still does not work. Without the remote you can not do is turn it on. You can not change the temperature, you can not change the function, you can not change the speed at which air comes out, you can do nothing. I called the 800 number and was told that the remote is running the stock for 30-90 days! 30-90 days! Summer and the heat is more up to that! When asked why this was so, the answer was that the product must be shipped from China and want to start for 30-90 days, they must provide proof of my first purchase for you! We all know that it takes large companies several days to process several weeks everything to help you before it because it takes so long because I never another product buy again Haier is my suggestion that you the customer service like this again add . works for me a few points 1.It is not as loud as I 2.I love the fact that I was not thinking of the device drain, it has a feature of evaporation 3.The window assembly will need your imagination a bit, depending everything they saw enough to be sending the tape is 4.The with the remote control is a nice gesture 5.T The timer function is great because it helps my energy bill Overall a good product its buyers of Haier ATTENTION !!!!! AVOID this company! My machine was broken. Haier customer service was rude and obnoxious. They were completely unapologetic and seemed to go out of their way to little use. When I finally bullied into action, they wanted to send a full week, a service man or may not be able to fix it have. I spoke with both customer service and corporate clients, both were very rude and completely useless. What's more, neither one had the decency to apologize so much. Never again. It was a nightmare any Internet buyers!.
